Shipping Costs and Payment: All items include shipping fees, and customers are not required to pay additional shipping charges.
Shipping Service Provider: Items will be dispatched from mainland China via compliant channels and shipped by USPS.
Shipping Arrangements: All items will be dispatched within 5 working days after secondary confirmation with the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy
For any product purchased on our website, you may apply for a return within 18 days after the item has been shipped. The conditions for returns are as follows:
- The product must be unused and in a condition that does not affect resale.
- The product must not be a custom-made item.
If the return is due to quality issues, wrong delivery, or missing items, all associated costs will be borne by us. For all other cases, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service immediately. Applications submitted after the return period will not be accepted.
